Shipping policy

STIL LAB ships fine art prints, framed prints and other products throughout New Zealand, with international shipping also available.

Processing times
Orders are generally produced and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 working days. Larger, custom, framed or complex orders may require additional time. If an order is expected to take longer than usual, we will communicate this with you.

New Zealand shipping
Orders are shipped using a suitable courier service based on the size, weight and destination of the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted where required.

Delivery times can vary depending on destination and courier network. Rural and remote deliveries may take longer.

International shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination, size and weight of the order and will be calculated or quoted before dispatch.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by their destination country.

Tracking
Where a tracked shipping service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged deliveries
We package orders carefully to minimise the risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@stillab.co.nz within 7 working days of receiving your order, including your order number and photographs of the damage and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
